Limited Editon - The coffee producer Felipe Contreras from Guatemala carefully selects only fully ripe and only the finest coffee cherries on the Finca Gascon at 1700-2080m, which are then refined in an anaerobic fermentation for 96 hours. This is followed by gentle drying on raised beds over a period of 30 days. After our roasting process, the result is a complex coffee with sweet and fruity notes of pineapple, nougat and papaya.
